TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the following terms before commissioning. If you do not agree with any of them for any reason then my services are not for you. Thank you.
-------------------PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $50.2. On orders above $50 customer may discuss payment plans with me.3. Payments will be talked about and agreed upon before charging. This is to ensure there is no confusion about price.4. I will not start work on a commission until payment is given in full or partial depending on the commission5. Payment plans are unavailable for orders under $50.NOTE: All extra fees that apply will be brought up with customer to assure the customer that they are not being overcharged.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. Customer agrees that commission will be delivered digitally via email address, discord, instagram, or any other social media that customer has provided to me. I usually provide a Google Drive or File Garden link with a full resolution version of your piece. [Sites like discord and instagram, unfortunately, tend to make images grainy]7. Any commission that must be shipped physically [ex, plushies, stickers, charms, keychains, etc.] will require the customer to give me their address once their commission is finished. I will not share customer's address or any personal information with anyone else.
7a. The customer MUST pay for all shipping charges if they arise.8. After an item has been shipped, or sent to the customer, I'm not responsible for anything afterwards.REVISIONS9. Customer has the right to any revisions in the sketching phase.
9a. I don't normally send progress screenshots. This is just personal preference, however you may request a work in progress at any time and i will provide you with a verbal or visual update!10. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color, fixing a small detail, changing a marking, or asking me to fix something i may have missed. Any changes that would be considered major [i consider something a major change when i have to make changes to the lineart] will result in a additional charge
NOTE: it's not considered a major change if it's a mistake on my part! I will fix it for free!11. I will NOT do extremely major changes such as pose changes. If you're unsure please ask! I will let you know.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS12. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.13. It is the responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the artist.REFUND POLICY14. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress or the commission is in the sketch phase. If a refund is requested after the sketch phase a partial refund will be given plus the piece in it's current phase.15. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes such as reselling, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes is forbidden. It goes against the artists terms of service [in which you have agreed to by commissioning me] and will result in being blocked and blacklisted. The work shall not be used as NFTs, sold as merch not distributed by me, used to train AI, etc. When using my work credit me properly failing to do so is stealing.PLEASE NOTE: I have the right to use a commission for examples and/or add to my portfolio! If you do not want your piece in my portfolio or used as an example PLEASE let me know.CANCELLATIONS
17. The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if I feel i cannot finish it in a reasonable amount of time for any reason.18. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Artist will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.19. Turn around time can be anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on the type of commission and/or what's going on in real life. If you want a work in progress just ask! I'm always open and honest about whats going on with your piece. If no progress has been made in a long time you may request a cancellation/refund.

SCENESThe price of scenes are heavily dependent on the amount of: characters, details, shading/lighting, etc. There is no set price but won't start under $60, please contact me for a full quote !
